Shape cross‑channel recommendations, ideate new approaches and ensure measurement frameworks are rock‑solid.
Client Leadership
Build trusted senior relationships, lead conversations with confidence and become the go‑to strategic partner.
Collaboration & Integration
Work seamlessly with investment, implementation and creative teams to align briefs, audiences and objectives.
Thought Leadership
Develop playbooks, competitive reviews, audience profiles and QBRs that elevate thinking and spark new opportunities.
Team Mentorship
Inspire, guide and grow planners, helping them build capability and confidence.
What you bring
- Proven experience leading media strategy and planning within an agency
- Deep understanding of traditional and emerging channels
- Ability to build frameworks, models and campaign structures
- Strong grasp of audience profiling, volumetrics and budget sufficiency
- Familiarity with marketing science principles (Ehrenberg-Bass, IPA, Nielsen)
- Commercial acumen with a balance of creativity and logic
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
