Key responsibilities
- Manage social content & campaigns: Execute platform-specific strategies, create and publish content, and deliver engaging multimedia assets with internal and external creatives.
- Own community & channel management: manage daily posting, respond to comments/DMs, and stay across trends, competitors and category movement.
- Measure, report & optimise: track key performance metrics and use insights to continuously improve content, engagement and results.
- 3+ years’ social media/digital content experience with strong brand instinct, great copy, and creative execution.
- Data-driven and organised, confident with analytics, scheduling tools, CMS/CRM, and managing stakeholders or external partners.
- Passionate about fitness and community-led brands, with the ability to adapt quickly and deliver high-quality content.
