A fast-growing home and lifestyle brand is looking for a creative Social Media & Content Manager to lead its digital presence across Australia and New Zealand.
This hands-on role lets you bring ideas to life from scroll-stopping social posts to engaging campaigns, website content, SEO, and influencer collaborations.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Growth ANZ, the role includes a training trip to New Zealand to meet the wider team and get fully immersed in the brand.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and execute social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Develop quarterly content plans with agency partners
- Create posts, videos, blogs, UGC, and influencer content
- Manage community engagement, paid social boosts, and competitions
- Optimise website content and SEO
- Track performance and share insights to improve campaigns
- 3+ years’ experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
- Strong copywriting, visual, and community management skills
- Hands-on with paid social, influencers, UGC, SEO, and website management
- Familiarity with Canva, SEMrush, or AI content tools
- Organised, proactive, and creative
