Why You’ll Love This Role You’ll be hands‑on with content creation across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and blog platforms. You’ll work closely with the Founder, Marketing Manager and Design team to bring products, philosophies and behind‑the‑scenes moments to life.

What You’ll Be Doing Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan, conceptualise, shoot, edit and schedule content across multiple platforms
- Manage the social content calendar and ensure timely posting
- Create engaging, educational and on‑brand content that showcases products and brand values
- Edit video content for social, website, vlog and podcast formats
- Appear on camera for organic content, behind‑the‑scenes moments and product demos
- Maintain accuracy, quality and consistency across all content
- Support community management including comments, tags, reshares, private groups and broadcast channels
- Assist with monthly reporting and insights
- Identify trends and content opportunities based on audience behaviour
- Coordinate outreach, briefing, negotiation and contracts
- Support influencer and media outreach, gifting and briefing
- Assist with website updates across multiple brand platforms
- Help coordinate photo shoots and maintain the digital asset library
- Support the creation of written blog content
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar social media or content role
- Strong understanding of social platforms, trends and content formats
- Proven experience managing content schedules and community engagement
- Solid video production skills — scripting, filming, editing
- Ability to work to deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Canva design skills
- A creative all‑rounder with digital, graphic and written communication strengths
- Friendly, outgoing and confident appearing on camera
- Curious and eager to learn new tools and platforms
- A supportive team player who thrives in a small, close‑knit environment
- Mature, flexible and open to creative feedback
