- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and content strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Lead and mentor internal creatives and freelancers (writers, designers, video editors).
- Define and track KPIs across growth, engagement, conversion, and reach.
- Own the content calendar to ensure timely, consistent publishing across channels.
- Plan, script, film, and edit short- and long-form videos for social and web.
- Produce compelling visual and written content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.
- Capture authentic footage of client stories, events, and team culture.
- Edit using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, and SEO optimisation.
- Drive brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty through strategic initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and growth.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop impactful messaging and visuals.
- Monitor brand performance and refine strategies using analytics.
- Manage official channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging campaigns that showcase services, culture, and impact.
- Oversee community management and escalate reputational issues when needed.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, especially within aged care and disability support sectors.
- Partner with Marketing, People & Culture, and Operations to align messaging.
- Lead creative briefing, storyboarding, and approvals.
- Liaise with external agencies, freelancers, and suppliers as required.
- 8+ years' experience in social media, content production, and brand management.
- Proven success in developing and executing digital strategies.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Experience working cross-functionally and with external partners.
