Are you a strategic thinker with a creative edge and a passion for digital storytelling? We're seeking a dynamic Social Media & Content Manager to shape and execute online presence across all major platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in both strategy and production; leading a small team while personally crafting high-quality visual and written content.
 
About the role

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and content strategy aligned with brand goals.
  • Lead and mentor internal creatives and freelancers (writers, designers, video editors).
  • Define and track KPIs across growth, engagement, conversion, and reach.
  • Own the content calendar to ensure timely, consistent publishing across channels.
Content Creation & Production
  • Plan, script, film, and edit short- and long-form videos for social and web.
  • Produce compelling visual and written content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Capture authentic footage of client stories, events, and team culture.
  • Edit using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, and SEO optimisation.
Brand Strategy & Management
  • Drive brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty through strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and growth.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop impactful messaging and visuals.
  • Monitor brand performance and refine strategies using analytics.
Social Media Management
  • Manage official channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging campaigns that showcase services, culture, and impact.
  • Oversee community management and escalate reputational issues when needed.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, especially within aged care and disability support sectors.
Collaboration & Brand Development
  • Partner with Marketing, People & Culture, and Operations to align messaging.
  • Lead creative briefing, storyboarding, and approvals.
  • Liaise with external agencies, freelancers, and suppliers as required.
About you -
  • 8+ years' experience in social media, content production, and brand management.
  • Proven success in developing and executing digital strategies.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, storytelling, and audience engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and with external partners.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms
