About the role:
- Build and nurture senior and mid‑level client relationships, ensuring exceptional service.
- Lead the implementation and management of SEO strategies, educating clients along the way.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and content strategies across a diverse portfolio.
- Manage project workflows, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery with clear client updates.
- Act as the primary liaison for client deliverables and strategy, attending key meetings.
- Oversee team output, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.
- Critically analyze data to provide actionable insights and link SEO activities to commercial outcomes.
- Currently working in, or within the last 12 months worked in, an agency environment.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in SEO/Digital Marketing agency roles.
- Deep, current knowledge of SEO and analytics (especially Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset, with advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
- Experience managing large, complex websites.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail, disciplined and process‑oriented work ethic.
- Ability to zoom into fine details while appreciating the bigger picture.
- PPC experience is a plus, but not essential.
