Our client, a leading player in the finance industry, is seeking a dynamic and inspiring Head of Sales (Training and Performance)
to join their rapidly growing team. This key role will serve as a mentor, culture leader, and trainer within the organisation, playing a crucial part in staff development, sales coaching, and the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Mentor & Culture Leader: Lead by example, fostering a positive, growth-oriented culture. Be the go-to person for coaching and mentoring, building relationships to support team members’ professional and personal growth.
- Sales Coach: Available to provide real-time feedback and advice, helping staff improve sales performance and conversion rates.
- Process Trainer: Deliver training to new staff, provide ongoing development, and facilitate more advanced training for senior team members.
- Proven experience in a performance and training role within a sales-driven environment and most importantly, getting $ results
- Strong ability to mentor, coach, and motivate teams towards achieving their goals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated success in improving sales performance and staff retention.
