A leading global digital marketing agency is looking for a Paid Media Manager to join its Sydney office. You’ll work closely with the agency’s Singapore team and report to a manager in Singapore, delivering high-performing paid media campaigns for international clients.
You can work hybrid from the Sydney office or remotely. If you’re curious about Singapore, there’s the option to travel there regularly, or to relocate down the track. If you’re happy staying in Sydney, the role works just as well. The role follows Singapore business hours, which are 2–3 hours behind Sydney. That means later starts and later finishes.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets and KPIs to deliver strong client results
- Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for testing, innovation and automation
- Collaborate closely with the Singapore team on high-quality campaign delivery
- Support junior team members with campaign knowledge and best practice
- Deliver campaigns on time, within budget and to a high standard
You’re a hands-on paid media specialist who enjoys combining data, strategy and execution to deliver results, and you’re comfortable in a fast-paced, accountable environment. You’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in paid media or performance marketing, ideally agency-side
- Strong hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience, with a track record of improving performance against KPIs
- Strong analytical skills, including reporting and performance insights
- Confidence presenting results and recommendations to clients
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management
- Experience with Singapore-based businesses or international teams is a plus
- Australian or Singaporean, with full working rights
- $100,000 + super
- Hybrid in the Sydney office or remote
- International client work and exposure to a global agency
- The option of regular Singapore travel or relocation, if that interests you
