They are seeking a People, Culture & Coaching Manager to lead their coaching operations and drive the next stage of growth.
This role is remote, however the successful candidate must be based in Sydney and available to travel across campus locations when required.
About the Role
The position is responsible for ensuring a consistent, high-quality coaching experience across all sites, developing Campus Team Leaders, uplifting coaching performance, strengthening culture, and building scalable systems across an emerging coaching workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop Campus Team Leaders
- Drive coaching quality, consistency and performance
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and training programs
- Build a reliable and professional casual coaching workforce
- Enhance culture, communication and operational systems
- Create scalable processes to support organisational growth
- Experienced leader with a background in managing emerging teams
- Energetic, organised and comfortable working autonomously
- Strong coaching, training and performance feedback capability
- Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
- Able to travel across Sydney when required
- Background in People & Culture, Operations, Area Management or similar (fitness, childcare, tutoring, retail leadership highly regarded)
