This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Instagram; driving real results with real budgets. You’ll also help build and mentor a growing in-house marketing team, working closely with creatives, developers, and leadership to launch new brands and offers weekly.
About the role
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Instagram
- Manage budgets from $20K–$100K/month across multiple brands
- Collaborate on creative strategy, landing pages, and funnel conversion
- Analyse CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and other performance metrics
- Test new features (Advantage+, lead ads, reels-first creative, etc.)
- Work with UGC and influencer-style content to scale performance
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and creative trends
- Optional: consult on TikTok Creative Center trends or organic amplification
About you
- 3+ years’ Paid Social experience (Meta essential, TikTok a bonus)
- Proven ability to scale campaigns and hit CPL/CPA targets
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and performance metrics
- Experience with GA4, Meta Events Manager, and UTM tracking
- Data-driven mindset with sharp creative instincts
- Bonus: experience in financial services (auto finance, insurance, lending)
- Bonus: UGC/influencer briefing or content management
