$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 Year 75k - 95k package depending on experience

S2M is recruiting on behalf of a high-performing independent agency that’s redefining digital media across social, search, display, and programmatic.
  
We’re looking for a Digital Executive with hands-on experience across biddable channels to join a collaborative, data-driven team delivering measurable results for major clients.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s already confident running campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms and who’s ready to step up, mentor junior talent, and own performance from brief to reporting.
  
About the role
  • Manage paid campaigns across Social, Search, Display, Programmatic, Native, and Affiliate
  • Optimise strategy, targeting, and creative to deliver on KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Digital Director and Head of Digital to drive client success
  • Lead campaign setup, measurement frameworks, and post-campaign reporting
  • Provide day-to-day management of performance activity across multiple accounts
  • Analyse data and deliver actionable insights using GA4, Looker, Tableau, and Excel
  • Ensure accurate pacing, investment delivery, and campaign documentation
  • Build strong relationships with clients, publishers, platforms, and internal teams
  • Mentor and support Digital Coordinators as part of your remit
  
About you
  • 2–3 years’ hands-on experience in paid media (Search & Display essential)
  • Google Ads certifications (current)
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and performance metrics
  • Experience with Campaign Manager 360, DSPs, and ad-serving/reporting platforms
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with analytics tools like GA4
  • Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Bonus: experience in affiliate or native advertising
