We are currently supporting with the hire of a talented Digital Executive
to join the team. You'll work across a wide range of paid channels including Search, Social, Display, Programmatic, Video, and Affiliate and be part of the agency's growth with clear pathways for career progression. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on digital experience who’s ready to take ownership of client campaigns, strengthen their technical expertise, and develop their leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, from brief and strategy through to optimisation, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
- Build and structure accounts, implement targeting, and refine creative to maximise performance.
- Monitor pacing and investment to ensure campaigns meet agreed KPIs and benchmarks.
- Produce client-ready reports and insights that highlight performance and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the Digital Director and Head of Digital, while mentoring a coordinator in campaign execution.
- Develop strong relationships with media owners, technology partners, and internal teams.
- 1–3 years’ experience in paid digital channels, with a focus on Social, Search, and Display.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or Campaign Manager 360.
- A client-focused mindset with the ability to balance detail, deadlines, and measurable results.
