We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, hands-on Marketing Generalist who thrives under pressure and can hit the ground running on a 3 month contract role which could turn into a perm opportunity for the right person.

Keen to speak to Snr level candidates with great experience of working in very fast paced environments, able to tackle tight deadlines.

You’ll bring strategic thinking and practical execution, with the confidence to lead a small team and drive results across multiple channels.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Content Creation & Strategy
  • Oversee development of engaging content across social, email, blogs, infographics, and more
  • Drive digital strategy across SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, display, and social media
Lead Generation & Campaigns
  • Execute multi-channel lead generation strategies across paid, owned, and earned media
  • Optimise website content and structure for UX, conversion, and SEO
  • Plan and deliver targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and engage clients
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Deliver actionable insights, ROI analysis, and KPI tracking
Events & Community Engagement
  • Plan and manage events, expos, sponsorships, and community activations
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and sponsors
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Align marketing initiatives with broader business goals
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and impact
About you:
  • A proven marketing all-rounder with experience in both strategy and execution
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing teams
  • Deadline-driven, results-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident across digital channels, content creation, events, and analytics
  • Ready to take ownership, drive outcomes, and elevate brand presence

This role required candidates to be in office five days per week at a Sydney Olympic Park location.
