Reporting to the Commercial Product Director, you will work closely with Product, Sales and key stakeholders to develop and lead a national enablement strategy that drives revenue performance and strengthens digital capability across the business.
The Role
You will lead the national execution of the commercial enablement strategy, ensuring product releases are effectively operationalised across all sales channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and rollout of commercial enablement strategies nationally
- Driving go-to-market plans for new product releases in partnership with Sales and Operations
- Creating high-impact sales collateral and delivering training to uplift digital capability
- Managing and mentoring a small team of Commercial Product Leads across multiple states
- Providing senior digital expertise in-market, including support on major client briefs
- Translating revenue data, sales insights and market feedback into actionable strategy
- Partnering cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to ensure strong commercial alignment
- Contributing to product lifecycle strategy through structured market feedback
You are a strategic, commercially minded leader with experience in product enablement, product marketing, commercial strategy or a related field.
