In this role, you’ll combine commercial strategy, media sales expertise and people leadership to deliver integrated, insight-driven solutions that support both client success and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while driving growth across key retail accounts.
- Build strong senior client and agency relationships, delivering strategic, insight-led, cross-channel solutions.
- Use data and audience insights to guide commercial decisions, manage pipeline and forecasting, and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal product, publishing and digital teams to create aligned solutions and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- You’re a commercially minded sales leader with deep media or advertising experience, strong retail category understanding and a track record of driving strategic, multi-channel client growth.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, build trusted senior relationships and lead teams with clarity, motivation and accountability.
- Proven success managing large, complex client portfolios
- People leadership experience with the ability to coach and elevate team capability
- Strong digital understanding and confidence across tools and planning platforms
