With a national network of high-performance studios, this business is redefining functional fitness for everyday athletes and now it’s looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to support its continued expansion.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of financial operations across a multi-site business and help build scalable systems from the ground up. If you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and want to be part of a high-performance team, this role is for you.

What’s the role about?
Working closely with the leadership team and external accounting partners, the Finance Coordinator will oversee day-to-day financials and contribute to strategic growth. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable across multiple studio locations
  • Reconciling bank accounts and tracking expenses
  • Preparing monthly P&L reports, cash flow forecasts, and budget variance analysis
  • Supporting payroll processing and ensuring compliance with ATO, BAS, and superannuation obligations
  • Liaising with external accountants and financial advisors
  • Monitoring key financial KPIs such as studio profitability, member revenue, and cost per acquisition
  • Assisting with franchisee onboarding, royalty tracking, and investor reporting
  • Implementing financial controls and process improvements

What do you need?
  • 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping (multi-site or franchise experience highly regarded)
  • Proficiency in Xero and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a high-growth environment
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
  • An interest in sports or fitness is a bonus, but not essential

What’s on Offer?
  • A front-row seat in one of Australia’s most exciting fitness brands
  • The chance to build systems and processes from the ground up
  • Exposure to strategic planning, franchise operations, and financial decision-making
  • A high-performance team culture that values initiative, innovation, and community
