As the Digital Manager, you’ll take the lead on delivering high-quality digital campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day digital campaign delivery, including planning support, channel recommendations, scheduling, bookings and managing pacing, optimisation and spend efficiency.
- Oversee campaign performance through ongoing analysis, weekly reporting, actionable insights and contribution to attribution modelling, brand tracking and post-campaign reviews.
- Maintain financial accuracy across bookings, invoices, POs and account queries while ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Foster strong team collaboration and support junior members through coaching, guidance and knowledge sharing.
- 4+ years’ experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns, including planning, buying, pacing, optimisation, reporting and post-campaign analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to align teams, clients and media partners, plus clear communication and collaboration skills.
- Solid capability in financial processes including budgeting, invoicing, bookings and spend accuracy, alongside strong analytical skills to extract insights and drive optimisation.
- Hands-on executor who can oversee scheduling, creative specs, performance evaluations and support junior team members through coaching and collaboration.
