- Run discovery calls, prepare proposals, and close new business with confidence
- Educate prospects on what they’re buying and set clear expectations
- Manage the sales cycle end‑to‑end and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams
- Identify upsell opportunities and pass qualified leads to Account Management
- Track pipeline health, follow up consistently, and keep CRM notes sharp
- Strong conversion rates across inbound, warm, and outbound channels
- High-quality onboarding and smooth transitions into delivery
