S2M is recruiting for a fast‑growing digital agency looking for a commercially switched‑on BDM who loves talking to business owners, uncovering their goals, and recommending the right digital marketing solutions; without the pushy sales nonsense.

What You’ll Do
  • Convert inbound and warm leads through structured discovery and solution‑based selling
  • Re‑engage old leads and spark new conversations through targeted outbound outreach
  • Break down SEO, Google Ads, websites and funnels in simple, clear language
  • Run discovery calls, prepare proposals, and close new business with confidence
  • Educate prospects on what they’re buying and set clear expectations
  • Manage the sales cycle end‑to‑end and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams
  • Identify upsell opportunities and pass qualified leads to Account Management
  • Track pipeline health, follow up consistently, and keep CRM notes sharp

  • Strong conversion rates across inbound, warm, and outbound channels
  • High-quality onboarding and smooth transitions into delivery

What You Bring
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, websites, funnels)
  • Ability to run consultative, value‑led sales conversations
  • Strong commercial instincts; you can spot gaps, risks, and opportunities fast
  • Fast, organised, structured approach to managing a pipeline
  • Confidence explaining digital concepts in simple, human language
