S2M is recruiting for a fast‑growing digital agency looking for a commercially sharp, relationship‑obsessed Client Account Manager who knows how to nurture, influence, and grow long‑term accounts.

This isn’t a churn‑and‑burn AM role. This is about retention, expansion, and being the trusted partner clients rely on to guide their digital marketing and unlock new opportunities.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the client relationship from onboarding through renewal
  • Translate SEO, paid ads, and digital strategy into simple, actionable insights
  • Run regular check‑ins, strategic reviews, and proactive health checks
  • Spot buying signals and recommend upgrades, add‑ons, or strategic shifts
  • Drive upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal outcomes with confidence
  • Break down performance reports in a way that builds trust and influence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, high‑quality campaigns
  • Keep clients engaged, informed, and excited about their growth roadmap
