Our client, an amazing boutique full-service agency, is seeking a Digital Account Director to spearhead performance-driven marketing initiatives and elevate their digital footprint across multiple channels.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on data, creativity, and collaboration. You’ll be the driving force behind integrated digital strategies, campaign optimisation, and team development; all while delivering measurable results for a diverse portfolio of clients.
About the role:
- Design and execute multi-channel digital strategies (search, display, social, video, programmatic) aligned with broader marketing goals.
- Oversee planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns with a focus on ROI, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of digital specialists, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
- Establish KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver insights that shape future strategy and drive growth.
- Partner with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure unified messaging and campaign success.
- Manage digital budgets with precision, reallocating resources to maximise impact and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years in digital marketing with proven success across SEM, Social, Display, and Programmatic.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.
- Experience managing large budgets and delivering performance outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- eCommerce or DTC marketing experience.
- Familiarity with MarTech stacks and CRM systems.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.
- Experience in the Travel industry.
