We’re looking for a strategic Creative Account Manager to be the key point of contact for clients across social and paid campaigns. You’ll work closely with the leadership team on campaign ideation, pitches, and strategy, while leading two offshore junior team members who handle the technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact for clients, leading creative ideation and campaign strategy discussions
- Collaborate with the creative team and leadership on concepts, pitches, and campaign direction
- Oversee social and paid campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and creative vision
- Managing and coordinating influencer, talent, and video partnerships
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing, paid media, or social media management
- Strong understanding of what makes a winning creative campaign across social and paid platforms
- Confident communicator with experience presenting ideas, managing clients, and collaborating cross-functionally
- Ability to translate client goals into engaging, high-performing creative strategies
- Previous experience managing or mentoring team members is a plus
