About the role:
As Community Manager, you’ll be the voice and heartbeat of the brand. You’ll:
- Run the Strategy: Plan and execute competitions, giveaways, leaderboards, and seasonal events that drive engagement and retention.
- Grow and Nurture: Foster a fun, inclusive, and engaging environment through conversation, content, and support.
- Social Media Magic: Create and schedule content across Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, and more aligned with brand tone and player interests.
- Creator Collaborations: Partner with streamers and content creators to amplify reach and build excitement.
- Experience with Discord bots, Telegram bots, and community tools is essential.
- Proven success in growing and managing Discord and/or Telegram communities is essential.
- Background in gaming or digital entertainment
- Familiarity with Hootsuite, Canva, Notion
- A creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling campaigns and community events
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
