We're working with a Melbourne-based AI lab that’s doing really exciting work in building agentic AI systems. They’re looking for their first non-technical hire to join as Chief of Staff and help shape how the organisation operates.
This role is highly dynamic and hands-on. You’ll be helping to set up processes, manage operations, support investment initiatives, and even work with the team to train AI models that automate internal workflows. It’s a rare opportunity to have broad exposure across the business and work closely with a small, ambitious team at the ground floor.
They’re after someone curious, highly organised, and comfortabletaking ownership across different areas. You don’t need a technical background, but an interest in AI and automation is important.
