This role is focused on opening doors with major businesses that want to contribute real-world knowledge into education. You’ll be selling the opportunity for companies to co-create learning content that helps students understand complex topics like business, industry, and career pathways in a simple, practical way.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for building and closing partnerships with enterprise-level organisations. That includes identifying the right decision makers, shaping the value proposition, and converting interest into long-term commercial partnerships.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure each module is relevant, high quality, and aligned with both education outcomes and the partner’s brand and capability.
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in B2B sales or business development
- Comfortable selling into senior stakeholders and large organisations
- Ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas
- Interest in education, impact-driven work, or content partnerships is a plus
- $110K – $140K base + super
- Unlimited commission structure
- Sydney-based role
