A fast‑scaling digital marketing agency is searching for a driven, commercially minded Business Development Manager to join their Brisbane team. If you love the chase, understand digital, and want your earnings to reflect your output, this role will suit you perfectly.
You’ll be selling high‑impact digital marketing solutions to mid‑market and enterprise clients, combining outbound prospecting with a steady flow of inbound opportunities. This is a role for someone who knows how to build pipeline, run a sharp sales process, and close with confidence.
  
What You Bring
  • Experience selling digital marketing services (agency or SaaS/MarTech experience highly regarded)
  • A base‑level technical understanding of at least one of: SEO, Paid Media, Analytics, Web Design, Social Media, Content, Email Marketing/Automation, HubSpot Implementations
  • Proven success in outbound sales and building your own pipeline
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to run strategic conversations with business owners and marketing leaders
  • Self‑sufficient, proactive, and motivated by targets and uncapped earning potential
  • Ability to manage multiple deals, priorities, and follow‑ups with discipline
  • Commercial curiosity and a genuine interest in digital marketing trends and performance outcomes
