We’re seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition and relationship development across the commercial fit-out and construction sector. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building pipelines, converting leads, and shaping market presence.

About the Role

As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless project outcomes. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to attract new clients and projects
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of commercial fit-out opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and deliver campaigns that engage prospects
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline performance (Salesforce)
  • Leverage tools like Arealytics and BCI Central to identify emerging market opportunities
  • Refer leads internally across business units to maximise conversion
  • Uphold WHS, quality, and environmental standards in all business development activities
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in business development within commercial construction or fit-out
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with market research tools such as Arealytics and BCI Central
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to spot and act on growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
