You'll guide the development of brand initiatives that lift audience engagement, grow revenue, and deepen our presence across the market. You'll also manage a small team and work closely with a wider group of product managers, designers, engineers, and editorial leaders.
What you'll be doing
- Leading brand strategy and product initiatives across multiple lifestyle digital brands
- Owning commercial outcomes and helping forecast, plan, and track performance
- Managing and coaching a small team
- Partnering with cross-functional groups to deliver high-quality brand and product improvements
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen audience connection and increase reach
- Working with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand expression across platforms
- Using data and customer insights to support decisions and measure impact
- Experience in brand or product management within media, digital publishing, or a related industry
- A solid understanding of commercial drivers and how to turn opportunities into outcomes
- Experience leading or supporting small teams
- Confidence working with product, design, engineering, and editorial stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
- A genuine interest in lifestyle content, digital audiences, and brand storytelling
