S2M is proud to be partnering with a global, household-name brand to recruit an experienced Administrative Coordinator.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a fast‑paced, highly visible role supporting both Marketing and Supply Chain/Manufacturing leadership teams across two dynamic environments.

This position offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to become the operational backbone for multiple departments. You’ll split your time between the Sydney office (two days per week) and the manufacturing facility (one day per week), ensuring seamless administrative, procurement, and project support across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Coordinate logistics for trade engagement activities, marketing events, and national conferences
  • Manage purchase orders, vendor setup, and invoice reconciliation as the internal Ariba eBuy subject matter expert
  • Support multiple leaders with calendar management, travel bookings, presentations, and documentation
  • Provide on‑site administrative support at the manufacturing facility, including PO and invoice processing for Supply Chain
  • Assist with project coordination, workflow improvements, and cross‑department initiatives
  • Handle general office administration, catering, supplies, and occasional reception coverage
  • Work proactively across teams, anticipating needs and keeping operations running smoothly
What You Bring
  • 2–5 years of administrative experience
  • Strong Google Workspace skills; experience with Concur or Ariba eBuy highly regarded
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and pivot quickly
  • Confidence working across different teams, sites, and stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and strong organisational skills
