About usWe are currently looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our agency team. We are currently a team of 6, and this is a newly created role due to growth. We provide all Australians with high quality and independent media- across TV, digital, radio and film.
The role
As a Sales Executive within our agency team, you will be generating cross-platform advertising revenue.
You will be:
- responsible for identifying, qualifying, and following up leads in Advertising agencies and meeting agreed sales targets.
- selling to, servicing and growing advertising briefs and delivering effective and creative solutions
- preparing proposals, media schedules and production briefs
- complete relevant sales reports
- working towards sales targets with face to face and presentations to current and potential clients
The ideal person
We are looking for a Sales professional who has prior TV/Digital media experience. As this role will be within the agency team, it is essential that you have established contacts with media agencies. If you don't have contacts it is essential that you have been across agencies before and understand how they work and what makes them tick.
Due to your prior media sales experience, you are confident with providing effective sales and marketing solutions including preparation of sales, presentations and pitches.
You have well developed written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite will also be required in order to prepare general correspondence, sales presentations, reports and spreadsheets.
