Customer Insights Analyst - Luxury Fashion

Globally respected, luxury Fashion house require an inquisitive, analytical mind with a love of fashion to assist in database reporting and analysis.

This crucial position will provide insight to support business growth and support business objectives.

Based in the City flagship store you will work closely with all areas of the business, including building strong relationships with Store management.

You will
  • Assist in the generation of all customer data reports
  • Analyse large data sets to provide insight into customers, stores and stakeholders
  • Monitor and be proactive in improving department KPI metrics
  • Provide regular reports detailing store performances
  • Extract and define high potential customers to support marketing campaigns
  • Assist Managers to provide insights of measurable information and quantitative feedback on initiatives
  • Ad hoc data extraction requests
  • Train and mentor store reps in use of the in house database
  • Be involved with ANZ strategic projects
You have
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Analytics, Statistics, Commerce, Marketing, Economics or similar
  • An analytical mind with an attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel
  • IBM Cognos / SAS / SAP would be an advantage
  • An ability to build and maintain relationships with Store Managers and the store teams
  • A love of luxury fashion brands
