Award winning web development agency are searching for an amazing Business Analyst with web/ digital experience and strong technical abilities and understanding to deliver complex CMS, eCommerce and application solutions. What you'll be doing: - Conducting client workshops
- Documenting business, functional and technical requirements
- Translating requirements into detailed wireframe prototypes, IA, functional specifications and user stories
- Presenting proposed solutions to stakeholders at various levels within the agency
- Effective communication with internal & external stakeholders during the planning phase, and management of project scope and requirements during the development and testing phases
- Working alongside project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time & on budget
- Providing technical pre-sales support to the Business Development team when required
What you'll need to get the job: - Minimum 4-5 years' experience working as a Business Analyst on digital projects
- A portfolio of past work, demonstrating your ability to plan complex CMS driven websites, eCommerce solutions, and custom online applications
- Experience architecting enterprise solutions requiring systems integration
- A solid understanding of Object Oriented Development
- Experience in Information Architecture , functional design, and usability
- The ability to think analytically and creatively with good problem solving capabilities
Additional experience that will really make you stand out: - A technical background in web development or a similar discipline
- Familiarity with user-centred design and mainstream usability methods such as card sorting, focus groups, usability testing, etc.
- Experience with Sitecore, EPiServer, Kentico, Umbraco, Magento or Endeca
- Practical use of Microsoft Solutions Framework or other recognised software development methodologies
- Experience with PMBOK
