- Liaise with internal teams on a weekly basis regarding all appropriate aspects of existing customer relationships and progress towards completion of customer work projects
- Attend appointments each week with high value prospective customers both direct and media agencies
- Raise business profile and ensure the best representation in the market place at all levels
- Draw on senior management resources as required to assist with maintaining senior relationships with highest value customers
- Ensure advertising clients are updated with recent website information on a monthly/bi monthly basis e.g. audience & traffic, user profiles & demographics, surveys, promotions
- Ensure all current and prospective customers are aware of new products, services and initiatives launched.
- A minimum of 2 years Account Management experience within the online media industry
- Be a strong team player
- Communicate clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate high levels of customer focus
- Proven past experience that demonstrates the ability to consistently exceed targets
- Entrepreneurial flair to grow a business
