What you'll be doing:

• Strategically advise key clients on digital/ online marketing best practice
• Manage contractual relationships and all financials associated with individual clients
• Create account and project plans
• Work closely with insights and planning team
• Cross-sell/ up-sell of the company's suite of products
• Mentor project/ program managers and account service teams

What you'll need to get the job done:

• 4-5+ years experience working with Email/ CRM/ Digital Marketing
• Proven success managing top tier clients and building on those relationships
• Understanding of the digital marketing process from concept stage through to delivery
• Ability to interact with cross-functional teams
• Experience managing and mentoring teams
• Track record of successful cross-selling of products and services
• Strong technical understanding
• A passion for digital and marketing
• Agency experience will be held in high regard
