Our client is one of the largest digital Marketing Agencies in Australia, with an impressive range of expertise and exceptional client base!
Objective of the role:
- To ensure all projects are managed profitably & successfully delivered with operational excellence for the mutual benefit of the agency & our client’s business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding of key project management methodology.
- Work with vendors and/or internal teams to write project documents including scoping, testing, QA, and security plans that can be delivered to the client.
- Work with Traffic & Account Director to keep all assets moving through the approval process and on time.
- Undertake the day-to-day projects support: source required information, test functionality, research & investigate functionality, estimate effort required for builds.
- Briefing designers, creating timing plans, budgeting & scoping projects & doing whatever it takes to ensure we manage expectation on time and on budget.
- Create functional designs (wireframes) & functional specification documents for digital deliverables.
- Responsible for gathering & collating completed creative & ensuring that it is sent out when agreed & in the format, size & specifications required by our client & media partners.
- Responsible for the timely & successful delivery of assigned tasks such as tracking project timelines and progress across a number of our clients.
- Support Account Services in managing project profitability, generating relevant reporting on costs & revenue with regular updates to the lead client contact (Account Director/Senior Producer).
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- A motivated individual with at least 2 years experience delivering online advertising, campaign microsites, websites & perhaps mobile or interactive TV applications.
- 2 years experience supporting project managers or producers in managing project schedules and budgets.
- Familiar with online media & technology requirements with working knowledge of HTML, DHTML, Macromedia Flash, interactive languages, browsers & standards-based design constraints/capabilities on the internet.
- Working knowledge or at least keen interest in video/photo shoots, sound recording processes, talent issues, and licensing technologies.
- Keen interest in emerging technologies and platforms such as blogs, mobile, interactive video.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & Visio.
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles to allow understanding of our client’s business requirements.
- A well rounded critical thinker & team leader/ motivator.
- Energetic, passionate & committed about keeping projects on-time & on-budget & for the digital space.
- Excellent verbal & written communication – clear, concise & articulate, which instils confidence & trust.
