As the media landscape continues to evolve and grow, our client’s mission is to challenge traditional agency models and deliver truly idea-centric solutions to their clients.

Recognition of this has seen our client’s digital and interactive area grow exponentially. This agency is recognised as a chosen partner for its clients’ leading brands due to the delivery of integrated communications solutions.

And we are therefore seeking a world-class Creative Group Head to join this rapidly growing integrated creative department.

”They are a senior and passionate player in the interactive space - expected to be a leading force in interactive and digital creative solutions that will integrate into our media neutral, ‘ideas driven’ creative process.

A strong working knowledge of digital design, brand development, online advertising, interactive commerce and the creative process is required.

The role reports to the Creative Director, and may function as a right hand to the CD on large projects or brands.

The official title and/or reporting structure will be determined on suitability and strength of final candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Work hand in hand with existing creative department to deliver world class digital and interactive creative solutions
  • Develop and deliver innovative proposals to capture both account growth and new business opportunities
  • Effectively and proactively involve the Creative Director in contributing to core project deliverables and to strengthening the client relationship
  • Promote continual creative improvement and a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability
  • Contribute to agency skill development through management participation, mentoring of talent on project and team level
  • Uphold quality standards of all creative deliverables
  • Understand, embrace, and exemplify company's mission and values

Desired Qualifications:

  • 10 years marketing experience with at least 5 years experience in the interactive side
  • Passion for digital and interactive creative and eagerness to collaborate with other creative people
  • Strong book and award winning track record
  • Experience developing Internet commerce, electronic marketing and online brand management and integration and a wide range of interactive media from small tactical banners to complex web solutions
  • Worked on a wide range of accounts and business issues – specifically Internet/ISP/Telecommunications/Media
  • Experience leading brainstorming sessions, campaign development, creative brief development and directing creative execution
  • Proven success rationalising concepts and effectively presenting to clients
  • Ability to think creatively against demanding deadlines with acute attention to detail
  • Comprehensive understanding of interactivity and related mediums
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital media and production processes
  • Outstanding written and verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Effective and creative problem-solving skills
  • Leadership skills and the ability to continuously guide and mentor staff and clients
