- Risk Management - Responsible for development, codification and execution of an effective risk management system for the company.
- Operational effectiveness - Cost effective delivery of all products and services to customers.
- People management - Maintain a first class management team.
- Customer satisfaction - Delivery of the contracted products and services to customers above the base standards set and beyond normal customer expectations.
- Governance - Responsible for overseeing the quality discharge of all regulatory and contractual obligations.
