This role will see the successful candidate take ownership of the video platform and manage it from a project management, operational and product standpoint.
The candidate will have a strong technological knowledge in digital video and its IP delivery to computers with at lease 3+ years experience in the field. In addition they will have solid project management skills working with a diverse range of internal and external stake holders to deliver the program of work on time and on budget.
They will have comprehensive experience with:
- video streaming
- progressive downloads
- the latest codecs
- encoders/transcoders and players
- cms/vms, drm, cdn and video advertising systems.
- TV / Video / Broadcast and Multimedia Production and Publishing workflow platforms and processes
