Our client has delivered hundreds of online projects for some of Australia’s biggest brands. The energetic and passionate team comprises new and traditional media experts who provide innovative online business solutions. Services they provide are web strategy & development, programming & consulting, interactive marketing, and search engine marketing.
The key purpose of the role is to scope and deliver large, multiple or complex projects to clients’ expectations, on time and to agreed budget, whilst meeting quality standards.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Manage clients’ expectations and understand their needs
- Communicate and reenforce project scope, constraints, dependencies, assumptions
- With management and other specialist teams, develop the scope, timeline and budget
- Together with project team, develop project documentation
- Create cohesive project team who focuses on the same outcome
- Ensure project team members understand what is expected from them and when
- Support and motivate direct reports
- Work with others in the company to achieve vision and goals
- Maintain visibility of project status to the practice leadership team
- Manage and report on project budget
- Project billings
- Manage risks and issues
- Implement and manage project change control process
- Ensure that quality standard processes are adhered to
- Assist in identifying and winning new busines
