HIGHLY IN DEMAND: Customer Experience Lead
LEADING TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY SEEKS A SEASONED USABILITY/ USABILITY/ CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE GURU TO JOIN ITS ILLUSTRIOUS TEAM OF EXPERTS
In this role you will be accountable for the development of an ongoing program of user-centred design work for this key product domain. Accordingly, you will need a strong understanding of the key customer types, their needs and particular pain points, and ideally a good understanding of the key technologies being deployed within this space.
You will work closely with the Directors and Portfolio Managers responsible for the product suite to understand the immediate and ongoing product program of work, to define the customer experience headline strategy that will result in a continuous improvement of customer experience outcomes and drive the vision of a seamless, consistent one-click experience.
In this role you will need to work closely with a range of internal stakeholders across the product, technology and marketing divisions, and also be able to manage external specialist consulting resource as required to deliver specific project objectives.
Based in either Sydney or Melbourne, this role is an exciting opportunity to join a company at the forefront of Telecommunications, working across a broad product suite and influencing a large and various customer base.
Please note - this is NOT a Customer Service role, or Channel Management type role. The emphasis is on product design & development - centred at all times on customer insights and imperatives.
